All praise is due to Allah (SWT), whose infinite mercy blessed me with the opportunity to

study at the Islamic University of Madinah in 1998. During my years in Madinah, Allah further

honoured me by allowing me to serve the pilgrims of Bangladesh through the Bangladesh

Hajj Mission. That experience instilled in me a deep appreciation for the responsibility and

honour of serving the guests of Allah.

After completing my studies in 2004, I returned to Bangladesh with the intention of

continuing this noble service. Alhamdulillah, for more than eighteen years, Allah has blessed

me with the opportunity to guide and serve Hajj pilgrims on this sacred journey.

Serving the guests of Allah is not merely a profession—it is an amanah (trust) and a great

honour. Our mission is to guide every pilgrim with sincerity, compassion, and dedication,

helping them perform their Hajj with peace of mind while focusing on their worship.

I sincerely pray that Allah (SWT) grants us the ability to continue serving His honoured

guests with ikhlas (sincerity), patience, and excellence, and that He accepts the Hajj of every

pilgrim as Hajj Mabroor.

May Allah accept our efforts and grant us the honour of serving His guests until our last

breath. Ameen.

My name is Nasim Ahmed, and I have been serving as an academician for more than

fourteen years. By the grace of Allah (SWT), I had the privilege of performing Hajj in 2024.

This blessed journey gave me a deeper understanding of the needs and challenges of Hajj

pilgrims. I realised that many of these challenges can be eased through clear

communication, transparent information, thoughtful planning, and effective coordination.

Having lived overseas for more than two decades, I also understand the unique expectations

and needs of Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs) alongside pilgrims travelling from

Bangladesh. This inspired me to join The Barishal Travels & Tours with a commitment to

providing honest, reliable, and well-organised Hajj services for all our pilgrims.
